Sports/Action- How Do The Pros Do It?

Part 1: Portfolios
Travis Haughton
problems- Having the back of somebody's head dominating the picture, needed captions for photos that they didn't know what was going on, don't like pictures of signs, missing heads/faces
judges like- likes the expressions, likes how there are things happening in all sections of the photo and levels
-I agreed with the judges that i want to know more and see more of most of the photos, most of them are very close cropped.

Jordan Murph
problems- has the same angles and colors, cut off body parts,
judges like- angles of arms and shadows, love the bubbles in swimming pictures, photo stories were horrible and had no timeline and neatness.
- His lighting was really good in most of his photos and they had interesting elements.

Melissa Golden
problems-they had seen countless photos like these, made fun of most of her photos
judges like- the expression in portraits
- The photos of the old people getting their hair done were interesting and the portrait of the old man was really good but some of the photos didn't tell a story.
